PasLite
Charm’s PasLite test is the leading alkaline phosphatase test employed by dairy industry worldwide. The Paslite is the fastest available phosphatase method because no reagent preparation or warm-up time is required, and multiple samples can be run simultaneously.
The PasLite test delivers accurate, precise and economical detection for alkaline phosphatase in just three minutes, and with a limit of detection of 20mU/L, Paslite is an excellent fit for dairy HACCP as it determines pasteurization problems long before they reach a level of critical concern. ROSA® Fumonisin Grain & Feed
The ROSA Quantitative kit for Fumonisin is a 10 minute strip test with a range of 0 – 6 ppm in corn and rice. The test requires minimal equipment and user involvement. ROSA® Zearalenone Grain & Feed
Charm's ROSA® Zearalenone (Quantitative) test is the fastest and simplest test to screen for Zearalenone. It is the latest in a series of ROSA mycotoxin tests (Rapid One Step Assay). Following a methanol extraction, the diluted sample is added to the ROSA strip and read after 10 minutes. The test gives an accurate result detecting Zearalenone contamination in corn samples at 0 - 1.4 ppm, sorghum, milled rice, wheat, and distillers dried grains with solubles.
ROSA® Zearalenone test has received approval from the United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA).

AllerGiene - An ATP Hygiene Test to Prevent Cross Contact from Allergenic Food Soil on Process Equipment.
AllerGiene is a simple 30 second swab test with sufficient high sensitivity to allergenic food residues to achieve detection comparable to specific allergen methods e.g. 0.1 to 25 ppm for most the eight allergen food groups.
AllerGiene uses ATP (adenosine triphosphate) as a measure of the presence of food on wet cleaned surfaces or rinse waters.
