The biokits range of testing kits is designed to detect and quantitate allergens, additives, contaminants, and toxins in food. There are four distinct sets of kits for:

Species content in raw and cooked / canned foods, processed foods, milk, blood etc
Genetically modified foods such as RoundUp Ready soya, BT-176 maize
Fungal toxins such as Aflatoxins DON, Ochratoxin - A and Zearalenone
